After receiving notice of changes to TennCare’s signature log requirements for the TennCare Pharmacy Manual, the Tennessee Pharmacists Association contacted Magellan Health Services with a number of questions and suggestions. These have all been addressed and incorporated in TennCare’s revised notice.
