Tennessee Pharmacists Association (TPA) has partnered with the Tennessee Department of Health (TDH) to serve as the pharmacy profession’s point of contact for information related to the state’s pharmacy-based COVID-19 vaccine response. Please note that all pharmacies interested in providing COVID-19 vaccines will be required to complete the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) COVID-19 Vaccination Program Provider Agreement.
