The Tennessee Pharmacists Association is excited to announce the release of the Clinical Pharmacy Pathway Certificate Training Program. This two-day, interactive, practice-based program is designed to provide pharmacists with the clinical skills and strategies necessary to develop pharmacist-provided patient care services and implement them into practice.
This training program includes tools and resources specifically focused on clinical management of acute and chronic conditions, patient assessment, and practical application in daily practice. The program is divided into four modules. The first three modules address pharmacist-provided clinical management of cardiology, endocrinology, and chronic lung disease, and the fourth module focuses on practice development resources related to collaborative pharmacy practice, point-of-care testing, and medical billing.
